Request Form
To engage the Biostatistics Consulting Group, please use our Google Form for your request or submit a Word request form. Separate projects must have individual engagement forms. The requested project description and/or funding protocol are key to ensure that our consultants have an understanding of the project before the initial meeting.

Timeline
Submit your request well before a grant/project deadline: at least 5 weeks. Within 3 working days of receipt of a request, you will be contacted to acknowledge receipt and to arrange an initial meeting as soon as possible.
