Charging Policy
For most projects, the Biostatistics Consulting Group (BCG) charges either an hourly rate or a fixed project amount. The BCG operates as a fee-for-service unit as it does not receive institutional financial support. Deposits may be collected.

Initial consultation may be free for projects in the planning and funding submission preparation stage. The initial consultation is usually 1 to 1.5 hours.

Cost quotations and a work plan will be provided. Consultation is encouraged before funding submission to aid in budget preparation. Consultants keep track of the time spent on project activities. Hours spent and fees recovered will be summarized at the end of the project.
